Masturbation is the auto-erotic act of stimulating ones own genitals using physical contact. One’s own hands are most usually the preferred tools for it, but people can also use several sex toys like dildos, vibrators along with lubricating substances such as KY jellies. (vi) A very distant advantage is that it helps to create gender equality. The woman may be psychologically satisfied that she is also able to arouse herself when alone in the same manner as her male partner does.

This was a very taboo subject until a few years ago, and still is in various parts of the world.
