Suspended and Supported Congress Positions

This position has been popularized by Hollywood movies of late. In the suspended congress the man, in a standing position, carries the woman while both are facing each other. The woman then wraps her legs around the man’s back. This method provides the man to penetrate the woman’s vagina easily; and also her anus if she is flexible enough. In this, the woman is reclined against a wall or even sitting on a table to provide support for her weight.

The main advantages of these positions are:-

It is a very well-suited method for penetration. The man who is carrying the woman can alter the height of her vagina so as to properly align with his male organ.
Since this is a very exerting method, both individuals may perspire and make painful sounds of groaning and moaning. These aspects can turn on the partner sexually.
Both the suspended and supported congress positions require very less space. Even a bed is not required. Hence, this method is very popular among couples who are having a quick encounter of sex.
These positions can accelerate orgasms in both the man and the woman. Once the male ejaculates, he generally clasps the woman very tightly with his arms. This heightens the passion in the woman and more often than not, her orgasm follows immediately.
These positions burn more calories than any other position.

However, there are some serious limitations with these positions:-

These positions require both the individuals to be physically fit. Especially the man should be strong, as he has to carry the weight of the woman. The woman also needs to be flexible as she has to wrap her legs around the back of the man.
These positions almost always result in some form of post-coital pains in both partners. In serious instances, there may be injuries like torn ligaments in the female and sore male organ in the male.
These positions should never be attempted by couples where either partner has an ailment, especially cardiovascular disorders. The excitement created during this encounter can lead to strokes.
Also, during pregnancies these positions must never be tried. Both these positions cause severe pressures on the uterus.

The Wheelbarrow Position

This position is perhaps the height in adventurous sexual positions. In this position, the woman does a handstand on the floor. The man stands close to her and directs her vagina towards his groin. The woman then wraps her legs around the man. When this position is finally achieved, it appears as if the woman is almost on the floor supported with her hands while the partner penetrates her.

The advantages to this position are as follows:-

This is a very erotically enhanced position. It provides extremely increased sexual fulfillment.
The position answers to the adventurous instinct of both the man and the woman.
Since the man has a greater grip on the woman, he is able to penetrate her better. Hence, there is less chance of wasted semen.
This is a very good position for men who are most turned on by women’s buttocks.
The woman gets good satisfaction as her clitoris can be rubbed by her man.

The disadvantages and precautions of this position are the same as for the suspended and supported congress positions.

Reverse Cowgirl or Reverse Amazon Position

This position is a variant of the woman-on-top position. In this position, the man reclines on his back. The woman sits on the man’s groin area facing the other way, i.e. her gaze is towards the toes of the man. Then the woman guides the man’s organ into her vagina. Once is grip is obtained, the woman preferably lowers her knees down for better support.

This has several advantages. Some of them are enumerated below:-

Despite being very popular, there are drawbacks to this position also. Some of them are:-

Some men do not like this position because in this position, the woman controls the major part of the intercourse. Men cannot control their ejaculations in this position.
Since the woman faces the other way, the man cannot see the woman’s face and breasts.
Inexperienced women can injure their men’s organs and even their own vaginas in this position.
